"My boyfriend is 65 years old. Rolled a grinder over his arm. Over 20 stitches they refuse to give him a pain pill. They sent in precprition to Walmart after house. He was in server pain for over 15 hours waiting for walmart to fill it."

"The Billing program they have is awful!!!! You sign up for paperless billing and use the portal ….however depending on the location of service. Your Bill may or may not show up in portal !!! Then you have bills show up 4 months or more later!!! All with different account numbers !!! They need to streamline the system!!!!"

"Everybody in this area should be thankful that we have a hospital in our community to go to, especially in an emergency. When these hospitals close, all healthcare services in the community can disappear. More than 100 rural hospitals have closed over the past decade, and more than 600 additional rural hospitals — nearly 30% of all rural hospitals in the country are at risk of closing in the near future. It's a hospital, not the Ritz Carlton and there is so much hard work that goes on behind the scenes that no one is aware of; not to mention being habitually short-staffed. Your life may depend on being transported to a hospital in minutes versus 30 minutes. So try to be more appreciative, the staff deserves our admiration and gratitude. There will always be people in any profession that could have a better attitude, but most of the staff I met at this hospital were more than generous and kind. I would like to express my gratitude to Eric, respiratory therapist, for taking the time to explain and being exceptionally nice; you're a real gem - as well as RN, Brittany. Thank you!"

"Hard to write a positive review of an ER but this one was especially horrible. My buddy wrecked his motorcycle and dislocated his shoulder. Spent 6 - 8 hours here while they tried 3 times to put it back in only to be relocated to their ER in Chattanooga. Chief complaint is that they didn't have the staff or knowledge to fix his shoulder and couldn't get him transportation to the other ER. Hindsight being 20/20 we should have just drove towards Atlanta. I understand part if this is just being in a rural area but the decision to transfer should have happened way sooner. The staff was nice and this shouldn't be a reflection on them but more the processes in place at this location."
