"I had rotator cuff surgery back in November last year , Wilson and Kaitlyn helped my shoulder to function like normal again and got my full range of motion back . I love that despite my slow and tough recovery for months, they're very patient , supportive , positive and very encouraging . Kelsey at the front desk was always helpful and making scheduling so easy. Just not too long ago I also had some hamstring issue for several weeks and Gunnar helped my leg back to normal . "Referred for pelvic floor PT after childbirth for general health, wellness and recovery. Fantastic team and facilities in a convenient location for Blount County. I worked directly with Katelyn who is exceptional in her pelvic floor health knowledge, professionalism and care, and she explained my program and exercise requirements clearly! I'm grateful for her care in office, and the exercise program was easy to follow from home with an app (super simple to use!) that kept track of my progress and reminded me with pictures and videos how to do my workouts if I needed the reminder. In only a few months with once a week sessions, my pelvic health is back on track after childbirth and I feel like I'm getting back to my pre-baby self quickly.
