"Bad communication! I called to cancel upcoming appointments, first one got cancelled second one didn't and I got charged a no show fee they refuse to refund. They never called me back after initial contact on the refund and for over a month I have been trying to find out what was going on. Finally after 5 weeks of silence they tell me they aren't refunding me because there is no record of me calling to cancel it."
