"My father is 100% disabled through the VA. We had a woman by the name of Hope working for a few weeks. Every morning she had something to argue about, be it with my father or myself. We've found ourselves being blackmailed when she didn't get her hours. She even defrauded the system by coming out last week and working when my father wasn't even in the state. He was being worked up for a transplant at a VA hospital out of state. When she was told this my father was blackmailed about her getting her hours or he would lose ours! Are you kidding me?! When told that my father had doctors appointments and a surgery this week, she tried blackmailing him again by decreasing his hours more. When I called this morning, the nurse/co owner agreed that it was fraud and proceeded to tell me my father could lose his benefits, they could lose their license, Hope could lose her license. That's when I interrupted so I could remind her my father would lose nothing. That's when the owner proceeded to tell me it's my word against theirs and started yelling and threatened to call the VA and tell them we didn't do what we were supposed too do. Laughable at best! Then she proceeded to hang up while multiple people were yelling in the background. I wouldn't trust my dog with this company, but the national caregivers offered up some advice about the fraud, they said call the Inspector Generals Office. That should give everyone a little insight into how this medical business works internally. Be very safe patients and especially members of the Armed Services. The only thing that mattered was the hours. SAD..."
