"The docs and nurses are great. The admin side is frustrating. We scheduled a late appointment for my daughter last night. An ear infection. The doc and I intentionally spoke and confirmed our pharmacy. They sent it to the wrong one. Again. The whole point of scheduling the appointment later in the day was to get the kiddo medicine last night. By sending the RX to a pharmacy that was already closed, that whole effort was pointless. We all make mistakes, though. Lastly, we called this morning to ask where exactly our RX was sent to. Do you think the staff were apologetic? Of course not! In fact, they were annoyed! This is what is inexcusable. You don't get to be annoyed when you've screwed up. You guys really have to do better here."
