"Wonderful place with caring people.....many counselors and 2 massage therapists that do great work and a fantastic and caring acupuncturist! Also several shops that you can choose a variety of goods. Highly recommend!!!!!"

"I was very excited to find what I thought would be a caring alternative to traditional mainstream healthcare in this area, and was in hopes I would find a more personalized caring touch that I would not find at Blueridge or Mission. I was very disappointed with the care and service I recieved at this establishment. Beginning to end, it was a horrible experience with scheduling, to lab work not being mixed properly resulting in no reslults for a CBC, to horrible bedside manner by the NP there. I have also requested my medical records from this establishment more than a month ago, and no results have been recieved, only to be told by this office that the NP is no longer with the establishment. I was told I would have to call her directly, and it was implied that this is not the business owner's concern anymore... I will have to call the NP at another location. I am writing this in hopes it doesn't happen to another patient."
