"I have been going here for years with no issues. Today I took off work to take my child to her appointment to be told it had been canceled because it was not confirmed the day before. I'm very annoyed because I was never told that the appointment would have to be confirmed beforehand or it would be cancelled. I understand it is a business and they can make their own rules but the patients should be notified before something like this takes place."
"Absolutely love the dental hygienist and the dentist here. My family and I have always had a pleasant visit when dealing with them, "BUT" the front desk ladies are an absolute brutal force to deal with (very rude, disrespectful and not a bit helpful when you have a question that goes beyond their immediate knowledge). Come on Marion Dental Group, get us some friendly, knowledgeable and personable front desk services!"
"We switched to this practice after some bad experiences and it’s been a good experience. They are accommodating with scheduling. The staff are all really nice and helpful. My kids like them too. They take adult Medicaid, it can be hard to find that does while also offering quality care. Overall would recommend them for kids and adults."
"I went for a routine teeth cleaning. I've never had a cavity in my life and I'm 32 my parents also had very strong teeth with no cavities until very late in life. The hygienist scraped my teeth very hard and it hurt I actually said ouch and nearly got out of the chair. The dentist came in after the cleaning to inspect her work. For some reason they did half my teeth in one visit and half in another visit because they didn't have enough time that day. After both visits and x-rays the dentist said my teeth were "awesome" with absolutely no sign of cavity. A couple weeks later I noticed a small black dot along the gum line on my back molar where she had scraped so hard. I called their office and left a voice mail to ask them to check it...nobody called me back. I have called multiple times and nobody will answer the phone or call me back. The spot is growing and now causing pain. I dont think it is typical for a first cavity to be a root cavity and I believe the hygienist and dentist caused it. I am contacting an attorney about malpractice, but being low income I dont know if I will actually be able to prove or afford to sue them. I do not recommend."
