Hard To Get In Touch With After Getting The Fees From Doing Our Taxes She Didn’t Care If She Filed For Us Correctly Or Not Now I Gotta Wait More Time Because She F*cked My Taxes Up This Is Why I Rather Do Them Myself You Can’t Trust Anybody I Will Never Recommend Her To Anybody Its A No For Me & Zero Stars"

"If I could give 0 stars... that would be more appropriate. Individuals at this office have given wrong advice while filing taxes this year resulting in the loss of over $5000! This is 100% unacceptable! Does this company not require individuals working to be knowledgeable and/or certified in filing taxes correctly and why are they not taking responsibility for this matter? When this information was presented to the manager at the office, her response was completely unprofessional and unhelpful in resolving the issue. This matter will now be handled by the Better Business Bureau!"
