"Our experience with PT Don Rapp and Chandler Physical Therapy & Sport Rehab was excellent. My son unfortunately sustained an injury (three broken metatarsals) during a soccer game in summer 2023 which prevented him from playing collegiate soccer that fall. He started PT elsewhere (since he was at college) but after 16 sessions my son didn't feel that he was making the progress needed to return to sport for the spring season. I began looking for a PT / PT practice that he could work with while home on winter break and ultimately decided on Chandler Physical Therapy & Sports Rehab and are extremely happy with the results. Over 4 weeks/9 sessions with Don, my son went from his injured foot measuring at 67% when compared to the abilities and power of his uninjured foot to 93-99% and was given the clearance and confidence to return to sport. Don took the time to listen to what his concerns and goals were and developed a treatment plan to get him where he wanted to be. In addition, the office staff were attentive, friendly, and always helpful and the ease of getting established as a patient, making appointments, text communications, making payments made our overall experience that much better. "I had left shoulder surgery for impingement, bone spurs, etc, & chose Chandler for my physical therapy because they offered both exercises as well as therapeutic treatments. My Physical Therapist was Brock & he was great. My shoulder had frozen by the time I got in for therapy so we incorporated some dry needling in my neck area to help relieve the strain from my weakened & frozen shoulder. Brock really listened to my concerns & adjusted the exercises as needed during the course of my progression. We also incorporated assisted stretching which was quite helpful. At the end of each session, moist heat was applied along with e-stem therapy treatment. This is the best PT that I’ve received since I moved up here from LA. All of the staff were so kind, polite & helpful. It was truly a wonderful experience. I highly recommend their services. And I will definitely go back to them if I should ever need physical therapy again. Thank y’all so much for being so caring & attentive to all of your patients needs."
