"Dominique was straight up rude to me for no reason and would criticize my every move and rather than give me actual advice and she made me cry once when i was 13. One time she even went as far as telling my parents what i said to her in session (it wasn't even anything related to harming myself or others)"

"Terrible experience. My daughter had her first appointment scheduled. New place, whole new thing for her. She had anticipated it and was anxious. We get to the appointment and there are no cars in the parking lot. There is a closed sign in the window. I called and there was no answer. I also sent a text to the person my daughter was supposed to see. No response. Two days prior, I received a text confirming the appointment. Yet, no one was there. It was a complete let down. No one will answer the phone. Your only option is to leave a message and get called back. I still have not heard back from anyone associated with this place. I will be reporting this incident and looking further into this company, as it appears to be a scam. Do not waste your time, especially if it is for a child."

"HORRIBLE PLACE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE DR. ROBERSON is a terrible counselor and her assistant is awful as well. Came here to receive help I didn’t get that at all. Dr roberson took money out of my account when insurance was paying them and when emailing about my refund request, she didn’t respond. She’s money hungry and doesn’t care about your welfare or health in that regards! Her assistant would text and call me from her personal number and when I would call or text her assistant about my refund, she blocked me. This business is a scam and I would never recommend anyone to them. I really wish that I would’ve checked out the reviews first because I would’ve never gave them the chance! Oh yeah, I just called sunshine counseling at the number they provided me with, dr roberson didn’t answer. But when the health insurance rep called she answered in a heart beat. Horrible, rude and unprofessional customer service!"
