"My daughter has called several times over and over to speak with admissions for her father to be admitted and I have went there in person and spoke with the woman at the desk about placing her father in here. No response from admission person. To me I personally give the Director of this nursing home a zero for hiring such lazy staff members who can't even return a phone call when called and left several message. You say you care about patients but you can't even answer the phone. To admission personal is your finger broke?"
