"Honestly I wouldn’t even give this place one star. I don’t normally rate places because I try not to judge however this place was ridiculous. I took my mom in praying to give her some hope which we were told they would put a RUSH on things to get her some relief. My mom, usually a strong independent on the go woman, couldn’t even sit up without hollering and crying in pain. This was November 18th. First she had to get an MRI then go back. I myself had to call and call to get her in to have the MRI because no RUSH was being done. That was November 23rd when Nash day graciously worked us in. I thought “we have the main thing they need so now let the healing process start” yeah right. Today is December 12th and we have yet to hear back from this doctors office after numerous calls for an answer. I understand we are in a pandemic but at some point you have to stop using that as a crutch and realize people have other health issues and needs also. Do your job!! I’m very happy to say that I am also in the health care field and am very persistent so I did find my mom the great quality care she deserves. She is doing much better no thanks to this office. I honestly would not take my dog here but I do thank God that they are treating some of their patients well."

I really value your staff’s professionalism and their exceptional attitude. I know because they flawlessly dealt with an irritable patient like me. I was in awe how empathetic they were. I received nothing but wonderful care throughout the process. I can vouch for the fact that your abilities to listen, care and heal are unmatched. I will be recommending you to everyone I know. "My first impression of Dr Tyler was how humble and caring she was. I could tell instantly she had a sweet caring spirit and a awesome personality. I was comfortable with her immediately. She was informative and direct. She explained my situation and options in words I could easily comprehend.She treated the whole me not just the physical.She calmed me before surgery and after. Even thou the weather was bad out with ice and snow she came to the hospital everyday to check up on me and she always called to see how I was progressing. She constantly assured me that even thou recovery would be a little slower for me I would recover and she kept me encouraged. My surgery was exactly one week ago and i'm on my way to getting my life back. Dr Lindsey I thank God for placing me in your capable hands. You are a awesome Dr and person.
