"This store is always so organized and everyone there is so helpful."
"Came in looking for shoes, and I was surprised to be treated extremely respectfully and patiently by Steven. He was not only knowledgeable about the stock and product but did not hesitate to help me out with my shoe sizes and preferences. His advice on the best selling and most comfortable features of the different shoes was beyond standard expectations. Steven made me feel comfortable and welcomed at all times; an experience that is scarce in modern day shopping. I will ensure to always come in and ask about him."
"Brittany, needs to be taught proper customer service when it comes to handling her customers. Earlier today, I was patiently waiting on the side, I leaned up on a table for a few seconds which I did not cause any type of mess around me, I was very cautious where I was leaning on, it was an empty corner of a table and if she had to catch my attention because it was something I was doing wrong to her then there was no need for her to be clicking her nails right next to my face multiple times saying "excuse me sir" over and over again, which overall I most certainly am not a man, until I noticed she was talking to me so I turn around and she very RUDELY and in a NASTY tone says "can you get up!" I got up without a fuss but I made sure to ask for her name. Not hard to just say "excuse me, do you need any help?" and just tell me in a more proper and respectful way to please not lean up on the table. That store has never had terrible customer service, always treated me so well during my visits but with her, that store can sure lose a good reputation. Horrible way to be speaking to your customers and definitely did not feel comfortable continuing to shop there and I do hope if she's an associate for her manager(s) to retrain her proper communication skills with customers and if she's a manager herself then they need to rethink who they give a manager position to because she sure would not be/is a respectful manager."
"Ledy, the store employee for the Queens Center Mall location is exceptional with customer service & customer products. She is adept, knowledgeable & kind. She must be a leader because she was directing staff with poise despite the heavy traffic. She recommended great shoes. Highly recommend Ledy for a positive experience!"
