"They are horrible at answering the phone. I have been calling for a week to schedule my appointment no answer. Then I walked in the building while calling the phone and nothing was ringing and no one answered. How do you run a business but not answer the phone?"

"I haven’t actually met Dr. Jones yet but I’m really disappointed with the staff. I changed care late into pregnancy due to my husband’s job. They are very difficult to get ahold of. When I’ve gone in for appointments I have been left waiting for over an hour with others whose appointments are later than mine going before me (I understand they must be very busy but it has happened 3/4 times I’ve been). When calling the office, after I’ve finally gotten ahold of someone I have been told (2 days in a row now) that someone will call me back that afternoon and still haven’t gotten a call back. Maybe I don’t have the best relationship with the staff because I switched so late but each time I’ve brought up a concern it’s been swept aside with little explanation. I know the area is low on OBGYNs and the office must be really busy but I was really hoping for better."

"Best OBGYN I’ve ever seen. Before him I had 2 miscarriages with no reason why. I had one appointment with him and he did blood work and found out I had a blood disorder . Thanks to Dr. Jones I now have two healthy baby boys. He seen me when I had any issues and always treated me with respect. I would recommend him to anyone that’s high risk!"

"He delivered my last two children and was so supportive and wonderful. Said he'd be the one to deliver them and after lengthy labors, he kept his word and delivered them. I wish I lived closer now, as I'm about to deliver another and wish that I had this OB-GYN!!! Wonderful and professional, yet compassionate and understanding!!! Highly recommended!"

"Dr Jones is fantastic! He delivered my youngest daughter. He listened to my wishes and did not push me to have pitocin to speed up my labor. My daughter was born just in time without it. He was caring and funny! Labor was a breeze with his help! He helped me at the end of my labor so I wouldn’t tear. I had never met Dr Jones. He was the on call doctor, but I thank God he was the one to deliver."
