Reviews
"They refuse to answer the phones and erased my last review. This is the worst doctors office I have ever had."
"They are terrible I’m on 30 minutes just about every time I call they don’t return calls and dr jones says he’s doing to do something for you and he doesn’t all they care about here is money"
"I was always pleased with Dr. Jones' office until I recently experienced the most frustrating encounter. I'm a former patient (he delivered my baby 21 months ago). I moved to another state temporarily for work, and I've now returned to the area. I'm due for a depo shot, and I attempted to schedule an appointment. However, the front office staff said that I'm considered a new patient and can't be seen until the end of September after I was kept on hold for almost 20 minutes. During that time, two different staff picked up the phone and had me start all over explaining the reason for my call. I had my records from my previous doctor sent showing that I'm not due for an exam or anything else but a depo shot (I also have the prescription already), which takes all of 5 minutes to give. However, they insisted that I go without birth control until the end of September since I'm a "new patient" despite the fact that no other treatment is needed. Needless to say, I'll be changing providers."
"My daughter had Dr Jones. He didn't seem to care about her health at all. Told the nurse not to call him in the room again into the babies head was crowing. He lied on his reports about what happen in the hospital. When my daughter requested to look at her records. He dropped her as a patient without even giving her her six weeks check up. My granddaughter was born with both her big toes bent sideways.i believe if he had showed any concern. This may have been prevented. Maybe that is why he didn't want her seeing her own records."
"As always do your research. But for me and my situation he was the best. Covid restrictions made the whole situation very hard an I didn't have my support at my appointments with me but the staff made me feel as comfortable as they could. 2 surgeries in 2.5 months they have all been very supportive and respectful."
