"Awful. The most unprofessional and rudest doctor I have ever met. Has known to have several malpractices. He delivered my SIL baby in July and had stapled sponges inside of her. Ignored her concerns for extreme pain, only to find out 4 1/2 hours later that he had left sponges in her. Had to re open her staples and staple her back up. Also did not tell her the consequences of an epidural too soon and sent her into emergency C-section. Dr Wood made me feel extremely uncomfortable during my first visit with him at my OB appointment. I requested to have a different doctor and was denied. At the time of my appointment he was rude and made the comment “oh I see what you tried to do”. Was dismissive about any concerns and pushy. Wouldn’t even wait for my husband to come back from the bathroom to listen to our baby’s heartbeat. Old and grumpy. Every interaction I’ve had with him has been nothing but awful."
