"Dr. Kayla Smith has been my OBGYN following me recently for post-menopausal bleeding. I underwent a procedure 2 months ago to address the underlying issue and was instructed to contact the practice if I were to develop bleeding again. I utilized my chart to express my concerns as I had another bleeding episode but did not hear back from Dr. Smith for over 48 hours. It was after I filed a complaint that I heard back from her, and her response was incredibly dismissive and lacked genuine care for my concerns. I felt reprimanded for utilizing my chart as a way to communicate with her and received no medical feedback pertaining to my original message-all I was instructed to do was follow through with my appointment I had scheduled with another provider seeing as though I did not hear from her in a timely manner. Needless to say, I will no longer be returning as a patient of Dr. Smith's as I felt unheard during a time of need and do not feel as though my personal health and well-being have been prioritized."

"She was on call when I desperately needed help. I found her to not be helpful. First off it struck me that she was uneducated about pelvic pain and she was unsympathetic. Her lack of experience came through over the phone loud and clear.. Do not recommend this doctor at all."
