Best Western Plaza Inn

"We stayed in one of the king rooms with a jacuzzi tub for one night. The room was nice and clean. You can tell this is an older hotel that has been updated. Some of the updates are more successful than others, but all in all, the room was nice. The tub comfortably fit two people and the room had a nice fireplace. The website advertised these rooms as having river views, which is true. However, this hotel is opposite another hotel and by a busy road, so it is not as much of a feature as it would otherwise be. We stayed on a week night and the hotel seemed very slow, meaning there was not a lot of traffic or noise. Either way, the parking and facilities were huge and had plenty of room for people and vehicles. Despite being in a busy part of town, we had no issues with noise and slept well. For the price, this is a great value and in an easy location if you're looking to do activities in town."

"The rooms were very clean, and the whole place was clean. I spent 12 days here. I think the laundry room should be moved and upgraded, little disappointed that you can only get to the indoor pool by going outside first. Other than that the place is clean nice staff and located in a pretty good spot. Breakfast could use a little uplifting as well but all and all still was good."

"For the price and location you can not beat this place. I was surprised by the large size of our room(349). I liked that it didn't have carpet and was very clean. If you are one who wants a really silent evening in your room, you may not want a room with direct access to the pool. Only negative I could give is on the mattress, it was not a comfortable sleep. We did try the free breakfast and honestly it was not bad at all. All things considered their breakfast was better than IHOP we had the day before. All the staff we encountered was polite and helpful."

"It's an older hotel but for its age not in bad shape. It was clean where it really mattered the carpeting needs to be replaced. The price was reasonable we had no trouble getting a room upon arrival on a very busy packed close to Christmas weekend. We were able to get early check-in for an additional $20 which was well worth it in fact that was probably my favorite feature. The location made it very easy to get to Dolly stampede. We didn't utilize this but they do have an indoor pool which would be a plus I guess if you have kids that swim. It's within easy walking distance of a grocery store so that was very convenient for a few items we forgot and I did not find the prices at the grocery store to be inflated due to location."

"I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. Although a microwave was not initially included, the staff went out of their way to arrange one for me, displaying excellent customer service. The breakfast provided was enjoyable, and the overall service exceeded my expectations. The receptionist was welcoming and provided helpful assistance throughout my stay."
