"The food was good Jamaican food I had family visiting and they were staying in the city uptown so it made sense to just go here instead of to my familiar places in Brooklyn. The cakes weren’t amazing but the cooked food was good. The place was clean . We ended up staying to eat and over all don’t regret trying the place. I would say over all good not great but good."
"Delicious Jamaican style food with impactful and memorable tastes. I ordered carryout and had my order brought to me. I sampled a few of their sides but the main entree for me was the oxtail. Their oxtails had flavor and were tasty. Also, they were tendered. Limited and timed parking out front. Decent prices."
"The food was cold. Couldn't eat the chicken because it was too spicy for me and the fact that everything was cold didn't help. It did look good, but I just couldn't eat it :-( Customer service was great and place looks nice. Hopefully they will increase the temperature in the buffet to keep food at a higher temperature."
"I should probably come earlier in the day so everything is extra fresh but overall, I was pleased. It is a pretty pricey. I ended up paying $75 for three plates. The jerk wings was a bit over cooked but I’m not completely writing them off. The seasoning was there and we did get nice amount of food. I didn’t finish it all but I will have to come back and try it again . I loved loved loved the cake! I had the coconut pineapple and it was heavenly! It’s hard to find a decent cake in this area so when I’m feeling something sweet, I’ll head to the Grille."
"There’s something for everyone. From meat lovers to seafood lovers to fruit lover and veggie lovers. Food is always hot and well seasoned (seasoned does not mean spicy. It means flavorful). Hand sanitizer and food service gloves are a must and is provided. Buffet style by the pound and price varies based on what you’re getting."
