"I've had my insurance policies at Debbie Leonard's State Farm office for over 25 years now. We've made many changes to the policies over time and Debbie's staff has always been extremely helpful. More than once I've called with little to no notice needing a new policy issued for a new vehicle purchase and they've always come through for me quickly. Most impressive was one time when we were away from home traveling we got multiple phone calls from neighbors saying there was a grass fire burning in our yard thanks to poor workmanship by Duke Energy on a nearby power line. The fire burned along our property line, melted gutters on our house, destroyed one window and caught our storage shed on fire. Fire trucks were on the scene swiftly and my next phone call was to Debbie Leonard's office. She got to the property immediately even while the fire trucks were still there! She took photos and sent them to me within an hour or so of the fire starting. They were great about explaining my policy options and course of action. I am also a Realtor in the area and recommended Debbie's office to many of my clients who have been very pleased with her services."
"I have been their customer for many years. What the heck has happened to this company? Miserable service. Failure to return calls. Ignoring concerns. God help me if I ever had an actual claim! Going to change companies. This is ridiculous Update: March 10. To be fair to the agency, I wanted to post this update. After more than four months of terrible customer service, failure to fix their problem, etc....I finally was able to get something done. My thanks to Ms. Sanchez who met with me personally, spent an hour resolving issues, and made things right. I am disgusted that I never received a phone call from Debbie Leonard herself. I hope somebody figures out that there are major performance issues in the group. Otherwise, they might as well close their doors. The voice answering machine needs to be OFF during business hours. We finally had enough, cancelled with State Farm and switched to another company entirely. If you are thinking of using this agency, my advice is RUN the other way........"
