"TOO EXPENSIVE even though it offers unique items, only to itself. Still I couldn't AFFORD TO BRING MY SMALL FAMILY OF 3 TO EAT BECAUSE IT WOULD COST AT LEAST $50 OR MORE. I don't see how ANY Family in today's economy can afford to eat there except maybe a special occasion. That's sad."
"Service at the drive through was absolutely uncalled for. Young guy working was very hateful and cut me off to say they didn’t have boneless wings. If you’re unable to be polite to the public, you should re consider your job."
"This is my granddaughter's favorite place to eat. She's loved it for most of her young life. She's working now and often asks us to bring her Zaxby's for her lunch break. The staff here are always friendly and knowledgeable. We always get her a "special order" (no sauce), and rarely do they make it wrong. The food is hot, cooked correctly, and quite tasty."

"Chicken was way overcooked to the point it was hard and gross. The chicken was also put into the container super hot that it burned holes it. The lady in the back that was preparing the food was very rude. They said that is the way they cook them. I have ate at other Zaxby's and the chicken wasn't this nasty. They gave me more but still was overcooked!! Not happy with this place.."
