"I dropped off my cat at Cozy Cats Hotel for a 5 month deployment. The staff at Cozy Cats Hotel were incredibly kind and caring throughout the duration of her stay. They sent me emails everyday and pictures every other day to let me know how she was doing. She was on 2 meds due to digestive issues and the Cozy Cat Staff followed the instructions perfectly. They were extremely communicative and prompt whenever I had questions. They also arranged to have a resupply of food and medication delivered when they started to get low. They let my her out to play everyday and treated her like family. She warmed up very quickly to staff, which is no surprise because they genuinely care about taking care of your pets. Their rates for long-term stays are super reasonable. Even though I had to make a two hour drive, it was absolutely worth it. If I have to go on another deployment, I will without hesitation utilize their services again. 10/10"
