"I parked at handicap parking because my vehicle had a tag for it. As soon as I came in I said hello to the lady making shirts she was very rude … she said so done will be with u ma’am. Than a man came. Looked out said said move your vehicle. I said to him I have a sticker. He said I don’t like your attitude. I said to him I don’t have one. I own a business I came here to buy stuff. He rudely said I don’t care you can leave my business. Mind u I called on the phone he was rude already when I ask for pant. I own a business he should not be allowed to have one of his own. Beware beware beware beware beware. Rude people don’t do business there before I left I told him I was doing a review he said I don’t care you go on social media. I was there to buy uniform for my 15 employees. I was there to spend my money. But after that I will never recommend his business to my other foremds that own business. I was buying from pant to shirt to coat .I had to ask him a few times how much was a pant. He ignored me than said 50.00. Yesterday he did on the phone 39.99. Than I stood in the counter for 5 minutes with a baby in my hand so I say I was paying a lot of money. There. But afte"

"Had my Monroe Ambulance gear ready to go in no time. Even tho I’m a rookie on the force, Uniform Express had me looking like a seasoned vet in no time. I look forward to doing future business with them. Cannot recommend them enough!"

"Woke up to a very unprofessional phone call from Brian yesterday explaining that the company I work for no longer has a partnership with them for the purchase of boots. Mind you this was weeks ago that I had gotten the boots... why didn’t they say something when I went to leave with them? I did not realize this but it wasn’t a big ordeal. I was more than willing to pay for them however the tone of the phone call was very passive/aggressive. From Brian talking over me and stating “He wasn’t going to wait 45 days for the boots to be paid for” and then demanding my debit card info... Just not a professional way to handle a situation like that. I’m thankful my employer will cover the cost, but I’ll be sure to do my business elsewhere from now on. As a Marine Corps Veteran I’ll also be sure to have my brothers in arms, who shop there, look for an alternative. Very disappointing and I wish you the best in finding friendlier customer service."
