"I have been using this company for a year now. we had some growing pains at first (to be expected) Gary and Mike have worked with me to get our inventory numbers correct. Our business fluxgates frequently and they have come through to provide me what I need even on short notice. Our driver is also very helpful and does his best to ensure we are taken care of."

"If I could give zero stars I would do so. Service can be up and down. Our technician is currently doing an okay job. HOWEVER, the billing is always in correct and ALWAYS double what it should be. I have called multiple times and have even spoken w/ our area manager who promised it would be taken care of and then we are right back where we started w/ incorrect billing ad now a statement of "past due" amounts and that would be "credited" and changed. This is a very frustrating service provider and unless they can really do as promised, we will be parting ways."

"Negative 5 stars (possibly more)!!! Boy - shame on us for not looking at these other reviews sooner. Anything and everything stated in all of the other 1 star reviews is beyond true. As beyond frustrated as we've been, some relief was shed after reading the other reviews and knowing it's not just us and we're not crazy. Horrendous communication and service. Someone arbitrarily signs the invoices when there is no delivery. Our driver is as useless as they come. The amazing part is we see the Aramark truck in our plaza often. Many days. Even on days we anticipate delivery, they're in the plaza and we receive nothing no service (still take our money every week). Our winter season rugs were not changed out once this past winter. Our logo mats were forgotten I can't tell you how many times. Bathroom service? First aid service? You'd think I was asking for a kidney when requesting extra TP or hand soap (healthcare office). Patient gowns? Our own staff had to take gowns home to wash and fold just so we wouldn't run out. Mop closet mop heads...many left for weeks stinking up our utility closet as nobody no driver would be by for the weekly delivery we pay for for weeks on end. The excuse - I'll put a request in with corporate. I could go on and on. Trust and believe everything in all the other reviews. Don't be dooped. We are kicking ourselves for not doing our own due diligence. It's gotten so bad that we've had to not only dispute charges but we are deactivating our debit card they pull from so they no longer have the ability to be idiots on our dime. Mike and Jermaine (sparing last names) y'all are some of the worst people and associates we've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Good riddance, gentlemen."

"No deliveries or pick up on regular or consistent basis. Been through 5 or 6 drivers in two and a half years. Current driver is great but is limited to the service he is able to provide. They still send your bill through even if a delivery or a pick up isnt made. They doubled my invoice dollar amount and blamed it on inflation. Manager says he won't lower my bill to the original price unless I sign a new three year contract. (I still have 7 months on current contract). If that isn't coercion. I Don't know what is. Product is also unsatisfactory."

"Wish I could give zero stars. Absolutely the worst company ever. They just won't show up and not tell you that they aren't coming. The majority of the time they won't even service your business correctly. Went a few weeks without toilet paper and paper towels. I even had to take rags home to was them several times because they didn't come. Supposed to get services on Tuesday and most weeks they won't show up until later in the week and won't communicate that they are coming days later. Stay away from them that"
