"One of the worst places to buy a car. I bought a mustang convertible on 11/25/23 it had a cracked windshield. The salesman said they would replace it in the week. It's 1/23/24 it's still not fixed. The convertible top also doesn't fold completely. If your looking to waste your time and money come to basil fredonia. I have yet to get a single call back for any appointment. RUN AWAY"

"Still trying to get this mess of a vehicle I purchased off of your store figured out. Again bought this back in March had problems since day one after the second time “fixing” only one of several things were fixed. Then been ignored till I wrote a review. Had to file a complaint with the NYS DMV they had me go to a mechanic shop to get an estimate to make truck road worthy and they gave me an almost $10k estimate. I would like someone to address please"

"We've been looking for a new car on the internet when we landed on a Jeep Cherokee Latitude edition. I contacted the dealership via text messaging and all of my questions and concerns were taken care of. I set an appointment for the very next morning, still without a commitment. When we pulled into the dealership, the vehicle was already parked up front and ready for inspection. I took the vehicle for a long test drive and worked through a couple concerns and took care of the financing and dmv and insurance work. By 1:30 we drove our new vehicle off the lot and headed home. The whole process took less than 4 hours. Stop and see Josh in the resale department and expect the best. He delivered more then we expected."
