"Room smelled of cat urine,so bad it would burn your eyes. The receptionist is very rude. The only good thing was breakfast. Pillows were awful. If I could have gotten a refund, I would leave. But I booked thru Vrbo. So, no refunds ."

"Nice hotel in a fun location. Lots to do in the area. Tons of arcades and rides. They had good coffee and an okay breakfast. Would be nice to have boiled eggs. The salt also has sugar in it. They give you lots of towels, mini fridge, microwave, and large TV. The shower was okay. It kinda floods the floor a bit and the nozzle was loose so you can't get the full pressure, but the temperature was good. They have a decent gym with cardio and a cable machine"

"This is fine. We have a dog traveling w us so it’s one of the few options in Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. Free breakfast (nothing fancy but does the job). Walking distance to a few fast food restaurants. Large room size. Can tell bathroom is renovated more recently. Wall paper thin. Front desk generally friendly. We asked for toothpaste but turned out they only sell it - for $2 - guess not too bad."

"Just spent from Sept 23rd to 29th and World Class Service, desk and staff always greeted you when ever you were in eye contact with them. You would find them all day long cleaning and making sure you had everything you needed. Great Breakfast and dining area. Pool area was fantastic and the quiet seating area with a fire going 24/7 in the fireplace. Walking distance to Christmas Palace/shops, plenty of eating places close by and 1 block off the strip which was safe and away from traffic noise. This is a Hidden Gem and across from the Island. If you are looking for a place to stay, you have found it, comfort, clean, noise free and World Class Staff. Thank you all again, your kindness shown to your guest and making our trip enjoyable."
