"I came with 4 pads and 2 rear rotors ($175 total from auto zone).. Mondos took me as a walk in and had my breaks all set in just 2 hours.. they also included a tire patch on the house and I didn’t even mention there was a slow leak. Only thing I’m mad about is that I didn’t find this place more soon.. there are no “creepy” guys walking about the lobby.. just people from the neighborhood who drop in and out daily because they’re like family. For those who complain about booking appointments ahead.. simply don’t. It’s best to call morning of and see what their day is looking like.. they will keep it honest with you and make sure you’re taken care of."

"Fixed my vehicle on 3 different occasions for an extremely satisfying rate. It's a chaotic neighborhood but the mechanics are top notch and precise. My goal is to recieve HONEST SERVICE, I'll sacrifice all the dealership comforts to know my vehicle is being fixed properly and I can still pay my bills. I recommend this service station to anyone. They've never steered me wrong"

"Wish I could give ZERO stars. Probably the worst place I’ve ever spent my money. I think being extremely rude and unprofessional is required to work here. Had to go buy my own parts and when I picked my car up they said I needed another part. They could have called and told me that, so I could go get it, and have it fixed. I will NEVER ever return here!"

"Horrible experience here. Old, creepy guys just hang around for no reason and the staff isn’t too much better. Charged me $15 to replace my hubcaps. The guy doing it was rude and dirty. He told me in the middle of doing it that I bought the wrong hub caps, he put the old ones back on and still charged me $15 for 4 minutes of “labor”. Don’t go to this place. Go to an actual car shop or just do it yourself."

"Called to schedule an appointment for the next day only to get to the shop and find out the mechanics were overbooked and they couldn't fix my vehicle. Disapointed I just scheduled for the next morning. Dropped my vehicle off at 8AM this morning after being inconvenienced all day being without a vehicle and wasting money taking an uber I found out the mechanic didn't actually start working on my vehicle until 3PM this afternoon! I was called to pick it up close to 5PM. I decided to give a second star only because the price was affordable however I will not be returning and I definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone I know! Highly unprofessional and the staff are rude!"
