Jersey Mike's Subs

"Don't go to the Latham location! The workers here are extremely rude. No matter if it’s busy or not you will most likely get greeted with a “what you want?” Followed by an eye roll no matter what you ask for. Don’t even dare ask for a gluten free order (allergy) unless you want even worse treatment and made to feel like your allergy is a huge inconvenience to them. After our last experience there we will be driving to the other locations for a Jersey Mike order!"

"Food is just fine. The guy cutting the meats was just fine. The girls on the line were extremely rude. Just mean and annoyed. "What you want" "what you get". No other communication besides eye rolls. Whatever"

"I placed the order 45 minutes ago maybe longer for pick up online. Got here. Took him 15 minutes to get outside to tell me my subs weren’t ready because they were waiting for bread to get done. Come back in 12 minutes here it is 15-20 minutes later And I’m still sitting outside with no subs. Never had this happen here. This is the worst Customer Service ever. I will look for another Jersey Mike’s a further distance, then to come back to this Latham location."

"I do enjoy Jersey Mike's subs. I don't go often but I have NEVER been disappointed when I do. I usually get a Philly Cheesesteak or Turkey sub. This visit I went with the Big Kahuna Cheesesteak and it was delicious! They seemed to be a little short staffed when I was there but the person who was making my sandwich was attentive and gave me good service. Definitely recommend Jersey Mike's and this location!"

"Ok I always like to give positive reviews but I was really disappointed here. I always order lunch on Thursday’s for me and my toddler. I love to order jersey mikes and usually have a great experience. But one week ago today (I’m just remembering to write this because I’m ordering lunch again because it’s Thursday) I opened my sandwich and it had humongous hair on the top. I wish I took a photo. I was disgusted but starving with my toddler I just threw it off and went to eat it. The sandwich was full of leftover ingredients it looked and tasted so disappointing. Not only that but I specifically got the sandwich with bacon because I love bacon and it had not one slice of bacon on it. I called Uber eats to complain but because I never photographed the hair I wasn’t reimbursed. I’m so sad because this is usually my favorite place for lunch on Thursdays but I won’t order again."
