"I arrived this afternoon with a small load of laundry that barely filled half of a trash bag, as I'm midway through putting the laundry into a top loader someone says from behind the counter that I should use a different machine and that those machines are for t-shirts only. Not a sign in site (which there's no shortage of) saying T shirts only for those machines. What's the point of having multiple options if your just gonna treat everyone like a toddler and dictate which machine they should use? My man was just watching me like a hawk on the cameras vs actually coming over to explain before I started unloading my clothes into the washer. I've had previous rude encounters from the owner as well over the years but it seems he trains his employees to act exactly the same way. Rude and unhelpful. I left and went to a laundromat that allows me to determine which of their many machines I should use all on my own."

"I had a wonderful experience coming to this location. The male that assisted me was very welcoming and extremely helpful. He helped me carry in an item. Directed me to what machines would work best for the amount of loads I needed to wash. He even gave me instructions on how to utilize everything. He allowed me to start my wash while I went to the ATM to get the money to pay for my laundry. In the past I felt a little uncomfortable with the approach taken by one of the representatives. This experience was nothing like that. Feedback is a gift it allows people to improve on areas of opportunity, but also acknowledges when someone has done an outstanding job. This interaction was awesome. Service like this deserves feedback and should be shared. Very clean establishment, very professional & friendly service. They went above and beyond. Check them out!"
