"Arbors, now Rosen, was a great place to live. It's quiet, friendly, and in a nice area. They had a few management changes in just two years, but the main, longest management stays were great. When we first arrived, Arlene, a community manager from Cushman & Wakefield, took great care of us. When leaving, Jasmine was very receptive and understanding. Like every apartment, Rosen may have inconveniencies to deal with, but the pros heavily outweigh the cons. If you are looking for a homey and safe place to live in North Raleigh, I cannot recommend Rosen enough."

Cameron the new property manager and Jasmine were able to work with my busy schedule to provide me an available unit that I had express interest in! I was able to communicate my needs and wants with the both of them and they were quick to respond and help transfer me to a upgraded unit within the property. I've lived in Rosen at North Hills for 2 years and the property managers and maintenance crew that have came in have been such a help with making sure that my living quarters were comfortable and up to part. Love watching our community grow more over the years!"
