"The lady in office is very rude. Acts as if she doesn’t care that people need a place to live. I put in an application 2 years ago. They claimed they lost my application. I went back about 5 months ago to put in an application, the lady told me to come back the next day. I went in office this morning to put in an application; the lady said; in a mean way, that she isn’t taking Applications for 1 bedrooms. Her attitude clearly says that she doesn’t want to be bothered. My hope is for someone who cares to take her position. Sincerely, Homeless in Fayetteville."

"Poor property management no ownership for lack of security, infestations and violation of apartment policies. Poor living quality for family with children. Daily police presence, drug use and discord between neighbors. No follow up to any formal complaints from property management. Per property management not responsible for anything not even security cameras that don’t work. Abuse tenant financial circumstances and discriminate."

"I use to live there around 2014 to 2016 until hurricane Matthew hit, every apartment on the first floor got flooded. This is a high risk flood area during hurricanes season, so if u live there make sure u get insurance especially if u rent on the bottom floor."

"I'm going keep it true and real with you. I had been living here for 3 years. I have a 3 bedroom and I love my Apartment lots of space nice size rooms it's a couple of Apts out here with good size spacious living rooms and good size master bedroom only some Apts. Haven't had any problems at all with the people living out here most of them have jobs and 2 jobs anyway trying to move out they never home.Very convenient for anyone without transportation near by stores and Restaurants. Haven't had any rudeness or disrespect from the office management since I been out here a very nice place if you stay to your self and mind your own business you will be great. The only problem people been complaining about big spiders outside in the hallways breeze area and this place will flood out when a rain storm comes or a hurricane all bottom floor Apartments will flood out and become damage please get renters Insaurance and flood Insaurance if you decide to stay here."

"The management here are very rude. They have the worst attitude and no regard for the feelings of others. Not everyone living here is taking advantage of low income housing some are actual working towards bettering themselves such as I. I lived here for two years and now have moved on to bigger and better. I am grateful for low income housing but the management look down on the residents here and try to belittle them with their horrible attitudes and comments. That is all."
