"WORST APARTMENT COMPLEX EVER!! The management is total trash and doesn’t resolve any problems, they’ll evict you if you make a complaint about noisy neighbors. My family can’t even sleep AT NIGHT because our neighbors make a lot of noises, i don’t recommend living here, YOUR GONNA GO THROUGH HELL!!"

"Site manager needs to be fired. Very rude and lies to applicants for applications fees, which seems to be common practice for this area.."

"Our company offers are service to more than 17 properties in and around Raleigh, however , sycamore run by far has the absolute worst office manager I have ever dealt with. She is impolite, rude and non appreciative."

"Horrible office staff and they are unwilling to accomadte tennants complaints and concerns when needed. The office staff is very ride and when a complaint is made they try to evict people who are living in the apartment who areliving in limited financial housing programs even though they are not the ones causing the issues it is the other tennants causing the problems. The only reason the eviction is being threatened is because complaints were made about other tennants that were jeapordizing the safety of the tennants ehom were doing nothing wrong and just trying to keep their home safe and show concern for themselves and others as well"
