"A wonderful community to live in. We loved our time living here. Maintenance issues are taken care of promptly and the staff makes you feel so welcome and right at home. As a military family this is one of the best communities we have lived in over the years. Feels very safe and is very kid and pet friendly. The pool is so nice and well maintained throughout the summer. Great location close to many grocery stores and restaurants."
"Fantastic place to move to! From the very first second we met with Alexandria as a walk-in we felt at home and taking care of. This never changed as we had maintenance request to upgrade appliances or work orders. The entire team working at Longhill Pointe is fantastic. Maria (Property Manager) is very knowledgeable and always makes sure to answer all your questions and concerns. Neighbors are very friendly and help each other out. We always felt safe and enjoy the grounds for walks with our dogs. Highly recommend if you are looking for a wonderful place to call home."
"420 friendly! I've put in 4 complaints so far for my neighbors who smoke weed all day and the only help I've gotten so far from management is a written warning to the tenant. So he continues blowing his weed odor into my townhome causing my clothes and interior to wreak of the smell. For $1635 a month you'd think you wouldn't live in the ghetto. On top of that there are kids unsupervised running around after school and on the weekends all over the parking lots. Managements says they are "pet friendly" but the past two holiday weekends have sent out less than friendly scolding emails to all tenants complaining about people not picking up dog poop. Punish all of us for the few who don't follow the rules. Take dog poop more seriously than actual crime of smoking weed? Well here's the place to live if you want to smoke weed and get away with it!"
