"Great location and atmosphere. The apartments are spacious and the neighborhood is quiet. It's nice being next to Lake Raleigh, Dix Park, the I-40 and I-440. Nice pool and common areas too. Maintenance handles requests promptly and the management office is friendly/helpful."

"I enjoyed my time here at The Greens. Staff was always very helpful and professional. Maintenance staff always fixed any issues when needed. The apartment was very up to date and modern. The amenities were always kept clean and up to standard. It is very easy to pay rent and request assistance through the portal. Community is pretty quiet and overall safe. I really enjoyed living here and I wish I didn’t have to move states!"

"My girlfriend and I lived here for a year. We toured so many apartment complexes in Raleigh but the atmosphere, location and quality of The Greens could not be matched. We absolutely loved living here and it was hands down the best apartment we have stayed in. Victoria and Amanda and the management team were great. Occasionally there's free breakfast and they even send you a birthday card on your birthday. The apartments themselves were spacious with plenty of extra storage in the balcony for the B2 plan that we chose. Appliances are in top condition and I loved the entryway design. Lake Raleigh is close by and our evenings walks on campus were memorable. Sad to leave this place but would recommend it 200%."

"I very much enjoyed living at The Greens. The staff is friendly and any maintenance request that I had was addressed very quickly. The layout of the apartment was great, the large windows ensured that there was a lot of natural light in the apartment. The location of the apartment complex is also extremely convenient to many sites (State Farmers Market, downtown Raleigh, Dorothea Dix Park, Lake Raleigh)."

"My husband and I leased this apartment blindly since we had limited time and there was not much to choose from during the time we arrived . And we were glad we did the choice! The team was so communicative and helpful the entire process. Which I thought would be stressful but Amanda & Victoria made them so easy! We had been there for a year and they were amazing! Reply emails within 24hrs. Maintenance requests get answered immediately. They really keep up with the complex, and it looks great. The community is quiet, peaceful, and everyone is kind. We had a lot of furry neighbors but never seen the droppings. Having a huge lake in the front yard is a plus and the trail is beautiful. I love my apartment, while you can tell it's got some years on it. However, they've done a great job at keeping it up. It is truly a joy to come home here every day. Thank you Teague, Cody and Ryan! You guys are 10/10 . If I had the chance to go beck to Raleigh, I will definitely chose this place again. Thank you The Greens for making me feel at home. I hope this place never changes."
