"This is the first time I have moved in over 20 years and then it was to change states. Hunters Run employees have made it as stress free as possible. They did a virtual tour with us and the apartment was wonderful! We moved in and the freezer did not work in the refrigerator, it was promptly replaced the next day with a brand new refrigerator! The neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful! We love this place so much! The attic space kept us from having to rent a storage space! This office crew goes above and beyond! Thank you guys! Dee"

"I am dropping off keys this morning with a heavy heart. I actually cried like a child last night getting the rest of my things. I expected to stay here much longer, but unfortunately, that wasn't able to be my outcome. My little house was wonderful. The attic and yard was the best addition to my spot in particular, and I will always be sad that I couldn't stay here longer. They have a good staff here now and I hope they stay long as well. Thank you my little house for giving me everything I've ever wanted."

"This place is under new management! Ken in the office has been very quick to handle any issues that have come up. Maintenance was out in one day to fix a couple of issues. I rented this sight unseen moving from Florida and I couldn't be happier. The price is great, the location has been fantastic, 10 min to target, 5 min to Harris Teeter, 15 mins to the airport, 15 mins to Johnson Lake, minutes from Hwy 40, so centrally located but in a quiet neighborhood. There is a train but it is over a mile away, so it is only a background hum. Oh, vaulted ceilings, attic for storage, nice neighbors, what more could you ask for? I am so happy here! "Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Most of the residents are family loving hard working people just trying to make ends meet. They have a new management again but they show promise. The new maintenance guy seems really knowlegable and very polite. He fixed a leak in my apartment very quickly and followed up with drywall repairs just as promised. I am really hoping they stay with us!"
