"Roaches in the apartments, crackheads arguing and fighting on a daily basis, nosey neighbors (most of them in the 1410 and 1408 Building, crack dealers. Dont move here. I hate it so much :("

"The manager is never in the office and when she is in the office she does not answer the phone! It's Monday waiting for her to come into the office and work but still no manager and it's 3 30 now! Her name is Kim and very unprofessional she is! She would rather give you a eviction notice then fill out housing paperwork so you can loose your home!"

"Extremely poor quality of housing. The images on the website are outdated. Sketchy activity happening outside of the buildings past a certain time. I wouldn't recommend senior citizens living here. Leasing office is helpful, but they move very slowly when it comes to maintenance requests. The property needs basic renovation and a huge paint job, power washing everywhere. Not even going to talk about the landscaping... Will not be renewing my grandmothers lease again."

"These apartments are filthy and falling apart. They have serious roaches. The manager is dim-witted and extremely shady, so expect the run-around. I would advise anyone looking for an apartment in Raleigh to look elsewhere."
