If we ever have issues with our townhouse, maintenance usually comes within 24 hours and provides exceptional service. Star is amazing and very responsive. The complex is within walking distance to downtown and is exceptionally safe, quiet, and clean. The price is also significantly lower than other rentals this close to downtown. Would definitely recommend!"

"I have lived at Mordecai on Clover for close to 1 1/2 years and this is the best place I've lived in Raleigh! It is quiet and convenient to everything. Walking distance to everything on Person Street. You can walk downtown in about 15-20 minutes. The leasing team is so great and the few times I've had an issue, the maintenance team was there immediately. Highly recommend!"
