"literally one of the worst places I have ever lived. The sewer system is very old and would break in my apartment almost every month. Imagine not being able to flush the toilet for a week at a time, very gross. I ended up having to breaking the lease because it broke so often. Also the review below me was made by a member/part owner of the management company. Taft Management Group - Taft Family Ventures. They are located in Greenville so if you ever need anything fixed (which will probably happen because these apartment are old) the work will be contracted out to someone local but will take a while. No onsite maintenance. They have also been steadily increasing rent without doing renovations, you are paying for location. That is the best thing about these apartments, great location."
