"I just move here in September it's been great management really nice it's located is great and it's quiet but it's only one thing this jerk keep purposely parking in our parking space he walks all the way to the back where their is plenty of space to ours to parking space I come home from work and I don't have space because of him I hope management can fix this problem some people can be really be inconsiderate."

"I have been living here for 2 years and honestly if I stayed the last year is because they didn’t raise the rent but the place is really old and honestly full of roaches. I couldn’t recommend it then but I do now because there’s been a change in management in the last few month and I have seen improvements related to the community, it’s more clean and they get back to you much sooner. Plus they are making some renovations! Overall the thing I like the most is the location."

"Midtown Park Townhomes is a nice ,friendly, quiet, helpful community. Anything that’s not precise, Yhe Property Manager and her coworkers always make sure to see that the issue is no longer one. My family and I are very comfortable living here. No worries at all!"

"I give them a negative 5 stars if it would let me. I lived there for 6 years (last 1.5 the worst) and management changed every year it seemed. Property managers, they definitely changed every week. You never knew with whom you were speaking to. Maintenance and management were HORRIFICALLY AWFUL!! No one ever answers the phone. Had a leak in the upstairs bathroom and it took two months for it to be repaired. mice and roaches live free. Illegal activity occurs daily. It is unfortunate because it is in a great location, but a little more intense screening in their employees and tenants need to take place. Underneath all the paint and fresh carpeting, you have mold and other issues that are not good for you. The garbage area is an eye sore and unkept. The list goes on. Definitely the last management company was THE WORST. I only lived there because I needed to be close to my work office, and the last year I counted the days before I left. It wasn’t quality of living..live yourself and don’t move there."

"Do not live here! I’ve been 7 yrs and I’m finally moving out. Maintenance is the absolute worst. Management has changed several times each year I’ve been here. No one at the leasing office ever answers the phone or at the office. If you have urgent maintenance issues, it will not get resolved unless the house is on fire. Mice and waterbugs will live with you rent free. Save your money and find a better place to rent."
