"I worked there. I can say that management is poor as it gets. It's like the upper bosses will hide behind welding curtains or whatever trying to catch someone not working. And everyone tells on everyone. They expect all work no conversation with any other employees. I worked there 10 months and probably didn't know 10 peoples name. They expect the best fabricators for the cheapest pay. That's why I left. They should know, u get what u pay for. And the welders are pitiful to say the least. They want yes men. Folks that won't speak up for what's right. Now their engineering dept was awesome. Josh ran the show, he did his job very well. But as far as quality welds that will hold over a long time, not gonna happen."

"Missing machine parts, broken or used accesoires, and general quality issues. Total absense of after sales customer servise. Please, try to avoid buyng from Arsenl Strength if you are a small gym and especially if you are buying not from inside the US. I bought equipment for almost 27000 Dollars US for my small gym in Spain. I think I was the first person at all in the Southern Europe to buy strength equipment by Arsenal Strength at that point in time. Unfortunately, LINEAR LEG PRESS came without a long metal bar that holds down its frontal part to the floor (like literally not there!), the machine itself came uneven so I had to find make shift solutions to make it straight (like cutting out some tall wooden footpads by local craftsmen), the plastics in the shaft below its back pad were broken, so the back pad is unstable. The machine has some unnecessary extra holls drilled to it by mistake. The M1 LATERAL RAISE came squaking from the get go. THE CABLE CROSS came with wrong size of rods that hold plates (with them being wrong I was unable to use pully crossovers with weight stacks); black lateral sides that have adjustable trolly on them that rides up and down came without junction to screw up the parallel chip up bar to. So if you order by Arsenal Strength a looooooot of weilding work on your own dime is coming your way! THE POWER SQUAT came without loading horns!! I still use storage horns instead. The machanism that takes out and puts in safety kept falling apart. I found some home made solution to hold it together with locally purchased nuts, but it still wobbling. THE M1 SELECTORIZED PEC FLY/REAR DELT came with the plastics inside the shaft under the seat all broken. I had to weild a sort of leading rails to it to make the seat stay stable (and not fall crushing down). Hell, even the RUBBER FOOTPADS for machines were straigth out missing or supplied used (recycled to me from some other equipment). I wrote a detailed report with pictures and videos directly to Andrew Hall who I was in touch with all the time BEFORE my order was shipped. I even wrote him WhatsApp messages to make sure he received the info about all faults. I got no reaction at all. So, before Arsenal Strength ships your order (and gets your money) all is great, but if something even slightly goes wrong, forget it, the only thing you will ever gonna get is a copy paste reply of please contact them via email. Disappointing!"

"Unfortunately all I can say is that it seems custmer service is a thing of the past. I was attracted to Arsenal because they have some unique equipment that appears to be manufactured well. However, after passing the promised delivery date by a couple of weeks, having to reach out to them for updates which are non informative at best and more of a “we have our money and could care less about you” attitude it is very disappointing. I cannot speak to the quality of their products but I can say they are absolutely horrible at taking care of their customers."
