"I have been here 8 years. I am very content as the current property manager Isiah is very personable and professional. He has gone above and beyond to check in and be sure I have any questions and concerns answered. When not in the office he walks the grounds and it is so nice to know he cares about keeping the complex in good order and he takes the effort to greet and know residents. The grounds are kept clean and tidy. It is calm. New maintance powerhouse Dwayne has done a remarkable job fixing some longstanding inherited maintance issues in short order. He is a gem. He is a skilled professional, and communicates clearly and with caring."

"This is my fourth year living in The Groves Apartments.The grounds are well maintained. The complex is extremely quiet. All the neighbors are super friendly and look out for each other. Being here for so many years I have had my share of maintenance issues. I cannot express enough how professional our property manager Isiah is. He is so personable and kind. He will literally walk to your apartment everyday to get your issues resolved. Throughout the day knowing he has so much to do you will see him walking the property smiling and assisting residents with all concerns. My daughter said to me yesterday..." Isiah really makes you wanna live here". He does! I'm so pleased with his work and willingness to help with every concern. The maintenance staff is incredible as well. Dwayne... although so busy...will come running if anything is wrong. He will continue to come back until every issue is addressed and when you run into him on the grounds.. He remembers what you were going thru and follow up! How great is that!? It just gives you a sense of pride and security to know that staff are so concerned that each resident has the most comfortable experience! This complex is literally in the heart of Capital Blvd. Every store and restaurant is only a stones throw away. You couldn't ask for anything more. I am so glad I found this complex and have no intention of moving anytime soon. If you are looking for a beautiful neighborhood ( don't forget our pool and dog park) this is for you! I absolutely enjoy my experience here and wouldn't trade for nothing more. Included is a picture of my screen in porch which is so spacious. I just love it! The Groves is the best community I have lived in so far in Raleigh!"

"Overall I love it here, mostly quiet, All that's going on, I definitely appreciate how helpful Isaiah and Glenda have been. When I call for maintenance, doesn't take long for a response. My favorite thing about the Groves are the screened in porches."
