"The worst place I’ve ever lived. They have been over charging me since Nov 2023 with hidden fees and when contacted about it they ignore you and can’t give you an answer. They tow resident vehicles even while a sticker is on it etc. Nothing but a corporate scam is what’s going on"
"Kindness from neighbors and also correction from another neighbor when the Manager was showing the apartment to us for the first time. My 2 yr old grandson was happy not being in his car seat after a 3 hour car drive and was running around on the floor. The male neighbor below us came upstairs to let us know his wife was trying to take an afternoon nap. Hmmmm!"
"Amazing experience. Michael was extremely helpful. Chris had amazing conversation and kept me laughing during a stressful.chad was very informative and patient answer all my questions and concerns. Overall best transition yet!"
"The apartment itself is nice but the residents aren't. My car was vandalized in the back of the pool area. Guess what? There are no cameras in visitors parking. If you have two vehicles, then sell one because you only get one parking pass. There is heavy foot traffic as well. Please don't look for the property manager to help you with any needs or concerns. He's in meetings from sun up to sun down."
"I will begin by saying the apartment itself is beautiful. It's very spacious, modern finishes, faux wood floors, large rooms, washer and dryer included, etc, it's very nice. However, the aesthetics is the only positive I have about my living experience thus far. I've only been living here for a month and i'm already researching how to get out of my lease. I live on the second floor and the people above me are insufferable. I've lived in an apartment so i'm aware that you will hear things, but this is different. It sounds like a heard of elephants, consistently, be it noon or midnight. My ceiling actually shakes. I contacted property management to express my concerns and was told "it's apartment living, and its to be expected". I asked about the possibility of transferring and was informed that I have to live here for 6 months before thats an option. So, until I find an out, I'm in a beautiful apartment that I can't enjoy. Oh, and let's not talk about the upkeep or lack thereof of the property. If you want aesthetics this is the place for you, if you want a quality living experience, this is not it."
