"I moved out of the oaks in 2020 and if I could 0 stars I would. The only reason why I stayed for 2 years because it was affordable. From day one it was nothing but roaches. Ride maintenance workers. The office purple watch you to see who you bring to your apartment. Just stay away."

"Horrible place and rude staff especially Veronica she has no since of respect and also does not explain things correctly. And they over charge you to apply and the place looks like rat whole dissatisfied with this place. Don’t apply they says it cheap but they add hiding fees on everything."
