"The staff always responds in a timely matter. Our maintenance & pest control is always available when needed & they make sure to tackle any request immediately. My boyfriend and I just moved in about a month ago and we have been very happy with our choice at Legacy North Pointe. Our floor plan is beautiful & feels like home. Neighbors have all been very welcoming & some have the most beautiful & kind dogs to say hi to as well! I’m excited to use the pool!"

"The spaciousness and the price of the units is why I decided to rent with legacy North pointe. As well as the outside cleanliness. I’ve only been here for a couple months and I’m already exhausted from putting in maintenance requests for the same issues I’ve had since I’ve moved in. Management needs to put in more effort in the kitchen, where the major lack of upkeep is. Some appliances are utterly disgusting and others are faulty. Would not recommend…"

"Truly has been undesirable. Would rate it higher but the fact that I get from multiple tenants the same issues I have with bugs, no pest control, slow maintenance, car break ins, it’s only a matter of time truly."

"Moved in about a 2 months ago and it has been a great experience. Adam from Leasing office has been so helpful from the beginning and went above and beyond ensuring we meet our application deadline. His help in showing us the tour and answering our questions is what helped us make the decision to choose Legacy. This is a great quiet community. Apartments have great layouts , Residents are respectful and friendly. This community has a lot of families with children which is nice because the kids all get together to play in the playground. Maintenance has responded quickly when maintenance has been needed. I couldnt be more than happy with our choice to choose Legacy !"

"If your young and in your 20s and looking for your own place I recommend Legacy North Point the apartments have a lot of space and the complex is in good distance of a lot of places like Sheetz, Walmart, Target, and Burlington. I also recommend you speak to Adam he is super nice and a great communicator just amazing. He will help you and make it his number 1 priority to get you in your new home!!"
