"April Culberson was amazing and very helpful. Made this moving process very easy for me. The property is beautiful. Very excited to move in."
"Back in 2019, I submitted an application for my mother and also placed her on the waiting list. I called, maybe 40 times to inquire on her status and I’ve left many messages and even stopped by the office. Here it is 2022, and they’re still holding on to her application fee. Does anybody ever work there? Every time I stop by, there isn’t a staff member to assist me nor have I ever received a call back. Evidently, people have moved in between 2019 and 2021, but I wonder why I haven’t been notified when the waiting list opened up. Terrible communication."
"My cousin and I had a great experience at The Brighton Pointe II Senior apartments. Brandi Lacey manager of this place took care of us, since the first day. Help us out with the whole process. She has incredible helpful and very professional. I'm happy for my cousin, to have his own place. Thanks for all your help Brandi."
"Hi! I’ve been a resident at Brighton Pointe for over 5 years now. A lot of residents have been there for years as well. Everybody is a tight community and see the same faces all the time! We do have new faces and are quick to bring them in! The leasing office has always answered and helped me with anything that I needed! There has been a lot of moving around with leasing managers but I’m pretty sure we’ve got one for good now! Things have fallen in place. During COVID, I experienced some complications and Cassandra was there for me each step of the way and still is! The community is very tight and well kept! It’s been very hard leaving! I’m happy and have always been since move in day! And LARRY is that guy! We love him!"
"I was so excited to get my call back about an opening for a two bedroom two bathroom available. Little did I know the process would be long and exhausting. Going back and forth from February all the way to my move in day mid April. And I was moved into a handicapped unit. I was not told any apologies but basically oh well. I have a toddler. The floors are harder for people in wheel chairs. There are help strings all around the apartment that my toddler could easily pull. The stove is so low my toddler can touch the aisle. There is only one bathtub and I am uncomfortable taking a shower in the other bathroom. I had to make so many accommodations for this apartment to be safe for my son. I was told I’d be moved in the next available two bedroom apartment but who knows when that will be. Also when I first looked at the apartment after getting my key I tried to tell the manager she put me in a disabled unit. Which I am unsure if she didn’t understand me or what. She called the maintenance man and he knew what I meant immediately.the apartment it ok it’s smaller than what I thought it would be. The cabinets are lower I’m assuming for handicapped people. So what really gets me is that I will be taking the space for someone who actually needs it. I am an baked body and I’m sure it is plenty of handicapped people waiting to move in. With all the back and forth and being moved in to basically the worst possible place for a toddler I thought she would at least do something because she was messing up so bad but no. Also she said that there were no more to bedroom available but my friend got a call saying that she said she had one available. I don’t know how long I’ll stay here. I hate unorganized things."
