"The apartment is in an amazing location and nothing else really. There is a homeless community that lives directly behind the apartments and that is your view from the balcony. Also, the game room is closed outside of business hours, so it feels as if it’s just for decorations. Plus, people put trash outside of door to be picked up and it smells really bad because there is carpet in the hallways. There is not assigned parking, but there is enough parking. You just may not be anywhere near your apartment. Plus, there are no cameras on sight except for at the office building; despite being surrounded by homeless and very busy area."

"The only pleasant experience I have had at the Piedmont was working with Staci during my leasing process and that my apartment was very modern and clean when I moved in other than that I am dealing with rude loud inconsiderate neighbors, trash in the hallways, and even though this is a smoke free community the hallways still smells like marijuana. Community could be great if the rules were actually enforced!"

"Beautiful, modern, and luxerious. Open floor plans. Near perfect condition upon moving in. Fair price. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Community grounds VERY well kept. Buildings and apartments secure. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE. Definitely recommend."

"I have lived here for just over a month now and love it! The office staff have been very friendly, maintenance is quick, and the apartment was spotless when I moved in. I mostly spoke with Staci during the leasing process and she was great. The property is clean and feels safe, even at night walking to my car or across the street to the shopping centers. The other residents have been friendly so far. They have food trucks come sometimes too which is fun. The only improvement I could think of would maybe be more regular hallway carpet shampooing. Also so far I have not seen a single bug in my apartment which seems like a rarity in Raleigh! Overall I would definitely recommend this place!"

"I was wrongfully charged a $25 fee for supposedly leaving my trash can In the hallway. A full blown lie!! and this is not the first time they had some extra fees under my unit that were incorrect. This place used to be amazing but now I can see they clearly are thirsty to make an extra dollar wherever they can. The apartment itself is nice and maintenance is quick with resolving issues and I always can appreciate that. Gabby was my leasing agent and she was amazing, 5 stars for her.!!! They clearly have changed management and it shows. The community as a whole is becoming Ghetto! Loud shouting at odd hours of the night, people let their dogs piss in the elevator, beer bottles left in hallways, and don’t even get me started on how thin these walls are… so thin to the point you can practically hear your neighbors thoughts. THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU MOVE HERE! WHEN THE LEASE IS UP IM GONE."
