"I am revising my review because of the absurd events that have occurred over time. DO NOT MOVE HERE!! RUN!!! After the old property management was replaced, there has been nothing but issues. New management is unorganized, unprofessional, and has an extreme lack of customer service. Here is a list of reasons to NEVER move here: - Unsafe environment (cops always in the neighborhood) - Charges for pest control, units are filled with bugs! - Charges for trash, but trash is EVERYWHERE!!!! - Unorganized management. I could go on and on about the many problems this place has, JUST DO NOT MOVE HERE! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!"

"Poor maintenance. Bad communication. They fired the old property manager and the new manager wasn’t obligated to look out for tenants who been there for years because of old property management mess up . Anything over 1000 for these apartments is nonsense."

"DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! This place is not a place you want to live. The property company does not care about anything other than filling these apartments. We were told this place is completely renovated. When we moved in the whole place smelled like cats. After removing the vents we discovered the air filters covered in cat hair. The toilet upstairs just ran and ran. The sink downstairs had a massive leak and was dripping water every where. The bathtub up stairs was broken and you had to use a screwdriver to shut it off. The first day we arrived there was no one at the front so maintenance had to let us in our apartment. They didn’t have a key so they proceeded to drill the front door. After about 5 minutes they stopped and went in through the window. There is also trash all over the neighborhood. If you have a dog there is broken glass everywhere. We have contacted the front many times with no response. We’ve even tried to contact the property company. No one will get back to you because they don’t care after they’ve already sold you the place. We came from out of town so they have definitely deceived us. They are a very shady company with very unethical practices. If you do move here take pictures and document everything like we have!"

"Haven’t moved in yet, but I’m just so pleased with my experience so far. The office staff is the absolute best. Tina is so kind and helpful, she works hard and I appreciate her. I called Anthony to ask what the closet dimensions are for the washer dryer, and he didn’t have it—so he said he would run over to a unit and measure and call me back. So helpful! I definitely did not have this amount of support at my last apartment!"
