The Line

"Regardless of whether you're a long-time or prospective resident, once you walk through the door, you're at home at The Line. The leasing office staff, Tim, Rachel, Whitaker, Brooke, Kayla are attentive, professional, kind and extremely friendly. The move in process was frictionless and painless, whoever you have the pleasure of working with is there for you every step of the way. Aside from being in an absolute prime location in Downtown Raleigh, the complex itself is simply beautiful. You are within walking distance to grocery stores, markets, bars, restaurants - you name it, it's walkable. You can tell a lot of thought and consideration went into the amenities because they're easily some of the best in the area. The gym, the pool, all of the common areas are immaculate and very well maintained. Just like the leasing office team, the maintenance staff are swift and responsive. It's a great piece of mind to know that when things do break or go wrong, they get fixed promptly. There is also a wide variety of floor plans that you cannot go wrong with. There's no shortage of natural light considering each unit has large windows that overlook parts of Downtown Raleigh, or Smoky Hollow. If you are moving from out of town, there is a sense of community at The Line that you don't often see in apartment living. You'll befriend your neighbors and attend fun community events that are hosted by the The Line at least 4-5 times a month. You can't go wrong with The Line. There is a very good reason why they hold a 5 star rating."

Not only have they made my leasing experience and living situation absolutely painless, they organize and throw excellent community events every month. "Have been here for about 10 months, but this is by far the best apartment community I've stayed in. It's located in a great, convenient area of downtown Raleigh and has some of the best amenities I've seen in the area. The monthly events are always great and the apartment staff is all welcoming and friendly (Brooke is amazing!). The maintenance team is very responsive and just as friendly as well, although we haven't had many issues that have required their attention. Bonus points for the great views of from the gym and the amazing outdoor grill and pool area. I fully recommend everyone to at least tour the property, you wont be unimpressed!"

"We've lived at The Line for more than two years, and have loved every minute of it. The staff are kind and attentive, and a special shout-out to Rissa, who moves mountains every single day to make sure everyone has what they need (I'm honestly shocked at how quickly and thoroughly she takes care of every single maintenance request, and always in such great spirits), and Michelle, who keeps the building spotless while somehow remembering everyone's names. The Line's location is perfect (just a block from the heart of Glenwood South and a 5- or 10-minute walk to the main areas of downtown Raleigh), and the amenities, gym, pool, and common areas are well-kept and always clean. We're looking forward to staying here for another year!"

"Everything from the first tour, to move-in, and now almost a year of living here has been perfect. I love my apartment with the huge floor-to-ceiling black windows overlooking Glenwood. The character and design of the common area is much better than the other properties in the area making me feel at home. Lots to do in the area...can't wait to see how Smoky Hollow comes alive! Hannah is amazing; communicative and friendly. Michelle, one of the housekeepers is always smiling and remembers everyone's names! I highly recommend the Line if you're looking for great quality, a friendly staff, and walkability."
