Perry Point

"Let me start here never have I ever done a review but this needs to be said, Ive been living at Perry point for almost two years.Living here in the beginning was not that bad. But in the past few months it has gotten bad enough that I broke my lease. Between the drug dealers, Gunshots, inconsiderate neighbors, and trash all over the place I hate it here. Paying 1600 for an apartment and dealing with this as a law enforcement officer is not worth it. And when management is told nothing is done about it. I already encountered a man walking around the neighborhood naked and someone attempting to steal a package from in front of my door and nothing was done about it. Probation officers are everywhere in the neighborhood checking on their people so that already makes you feel unsafe.If you have small children do not live here. They do not do background checks on people and when told they have convicted felons living across from you nothing is done. If you see apartment 16 206 on their listing do not live there you will be woke up in the middle of the night by the neighbor upstairs stomping and banging all night. This has had to be the worse decision I ever made i am warning you now DO NOT LIVE THERE YOU WILL REGRET IT."

"Jaleassa is FANTASTIC!! She was extremely helpful and friendly, and went above and beyond as a leasing consultant. Her dedication to clients is unmatched! The rest of the office staff I encountered were very friendly and knowledgeable as well. Beautiful amenities at this complex and very nice apartments. Love the private patios and built in desk in the units, and the pool can’t be beat!"

"Move in experience was great! Staff is super friendly. The apartment actually looked like the model, if not better! The process was a bit difficult because of the service they use to verify income but I won’t take a star away because they made sure to help me with each step along the way. Jaleesa (sorry if I spelled it wrong), Brenda and Terrance were great! My move in was smooth and the neighborhood seems fine so far! I would recommend."

"My experience here at perry point apartments has been simply amazing. The amenities are are refreshing i.e. the pool, pool table, popcorn stand, spa room and weight room. I've been here a year and love it. I actually turned down another place for this one. Simply amazing."

"My roommate and I have lived here for 3 months now and we are really pleased with Perry Point apartments so far. They are not as new as a lot of the apartments in the area, but that is not a bad thing. In fact, the apartment unit and the overall property itself are kept up really nice, much better than the 1-2 year old apartments that we previously lived at. On top of that, the office staff and the maintenance staff have all been above professional every time we have both interacted with them. The neighbors have been super friendly as well. Lastly, I love that the office staff communicate with their residents about any and everything, they also host resident events often and even try to get an idea of the needs and wants of the residents. Overall we are pleased with Perry Point so far."
