"I love living at Lexington farms! And one of the main reasons is Tony from the maintence crew! When you put in a work order, he gets it done and he gets it done right! He makes sure that it’s completed either that day or the next. He’s professional, kind, knowledgeable and really cares about the tenants here! Every complex should have a ‘Tony’ thank you so much for what you do!"

"This is now my second time leaving a review for this apartment complex because I really am THAT happy with my experience living here. Nature walks across the street with a playground designed to include all children and a gorgeous garden that our own residents tend to! Linda in the front office is the human embodiment of a warm hug and Michael has been so kind during the interactions we have had. Tony is also wonderful (my first review was actually about him!). This is an apartment complex where you will feel listened to and cared for because the people running the show truly want what’s best for their residents :) 10/10 stars, this complex geniunely feels like home. I want to give a bonus extra shoutout to Linda, who has made our living experience in this complex so incredible and creates a personal connection to everyone here that inevitably grows into a safe space where you feel welcomed every time you visit the office up front. My wife Daniela and I are so impressed and thankful we found this place!!!"

"I lived at Lexington Farms for two years and the only issue that I ever had was caused by another tenant...but Tony, in maintenance, responded very quickly regardless. The management was very receptive to questions and suggestions. Maintenance issues were addressed quickly, the grounds were clean and well cared for and the management had good communication with the tenants. Can't beat the location - everything is convenient. I would not hesitate to live there again if the need arose."

"I can't recommend this place enough! The location is central with tons of great places to eat and shop nearby (including the Crabtree Valley Mall less than 5 minutes away!). I was worried about flooding due to how often the Crabtree Valley Mall's lower levels flood, but there have been no issues at all even with multiple tropical storms. The administration and maintenance team are very kind, and any issues are swiftly taken care of (Tony is amazing!). My water heater went out and they offered to move me to a vacant unit until my new heater arrived, even though it was supposed to be there only the next day. I have a 1-bedroom unit and it is much larger than I anticipated it would be, with windows everywhere (much to my cat's delight) and a lovely open floor plan. They have valet trash, and a security team that watches over the place at night and on the weekends. There is a dog park for the residents and a community garden as well!"

"5 stars without question. From the first time I reached out to Lexington Farms to ask about rates I’ve had nothing but extremely helpful, responsive and friendly interactions with Charity and Laura who are more efficient and understanding than any other complex I’ve lived in. If something needs to be fixed, it’s handled within 24 hours. Regarding the actual unit - I was lucky enough to snag one of the loft style units and it’s definitely worth the slightly higher rent, especially for working from home. The day I moved in I was told by my next door neighbor that brand new carpet had been installed the day before. High ceilings and more room to spread out than a traditional one bedroom. Everyone I’ve encountered in the community here is friendly and I’ve not once had an issue with noise. Valet trash is super convenient and a reasonable rate. It’s also in a great area that puts you close to everything you’d need to get to. Less than 15 minutes from downtown or North Hills and close to Highway entrances. Regarding some of the other reviews I’m seeing here about bugs/cockroaches - I think I’ve seen one in my apartment in 6 months so not sure what that’s about. All in all, very happy here with management and the unit. Highly recommend!"
